Health coaching is a supported self-management approach that helps people make informed, conscious choices about their own health. On this course, you'll learn how to support someone to identify the changes they want to make and develop practical strategies to help that change happen.

This qualification takes 130 hours to complete in total, including 40 hours of guided learning, plus the completion of a portfolio of evidence. You can work at your own pace with full support from your tutors.
