Level 3 Theories and Principles of Behaviour Change

The theories and principles of behaviour change are used to explain why and how people change their behaviour. Through this course, you will learn about some of these theories and how they can be applied to health and social care in order to develop health behaviour change implementations and support people making behaviour changes using evidence-based practices.
